Is there a warranty included in the price?
The splashbacks and coating all come with a ten-year guarantee as standard, included in the price.

Ordering your splashbacks
How long does it take between my order and my glass splashback being ready?

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we are happy for our customers to visit our showroom and discuss their project and also see the range of products we offer, which you can use around your home.
How accurate are the sample colours?
Please note all colours will appear a shiny gloss as viewed through the glass. The low iron diamant glass will reduce the green hue and give a clearer representation of the colour not so with the standard green.
Do you offer samples?
We offer a variety of free samples that you can expect in just five days after your order. Please be aware there is a shipping cost for any samples.
Can I have holes or cutouts in the glass splashbacks?
Cameo Glass can machine out any size hole or cut out with our in house cnc, water jet, horizontal & vertical drilling machines, as long as the dimensions are within the parameters for toughening.
What are the parameters for toughening?
Hole size cannot be less than the thickness of the glass I.E. 6 mm thickness minimum hole would be a 6mm hole. The distance of cut-outs and holes from the edge of the glass to the start of the hole is twice the thickness and four times from the corner.
How thick are the Cameo Glass splashbacks?
Cameo Glass stock standard float in 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 19mm; we also stock the same thickness in Low Iron Diamant glass, which is commonly used for painting and printing on glass.
What condition should my wall be in before the splashback is fitted?
Your wall doesn’t have to be in perfect condition. If you have holes or anything similar on it then you can just pack it out with adhesive. If you’ve taken off tiles etc. and half the plasterboard comes with it, it shouldn’t really matter as long as it’s hasn’t gone above the height of the splashback.
What if I wanted a different colour from those offered on your website?
Cameo Glass have our own paint mixing system that can mix standard and bespoke colour ranges. Our ranges are Ral, ncs, British Standard, Dulux, Valspar, Crown, Farrow and Ball, Fired Earth, Paint Library and Little Green Paint Company. With our bespoke colour-matching service, we use a colour spectrometer that can scan your perfect colour from a chocolate wrapper to a piece of fabric or your colour painted onto a piece of paper the minimum size required for this is 30 x 30mm.
Do you charge more for bespoke colours?
There is no extra charge for this service.
Can I fit splashbacks on top of my existing tiles?
There’s no reason you couldn’t, but you would need to ensure you use the correct adhesive.
Delivery
What is the biggest single piece of glass you can deliver?
With our current fleet we the biggest we can deliver is 3200 by 1800, 1800 being the maximum height. We do partner with courier services that can handle larger deliveries so please contact us if you have special requirements.
How long will the delivery take?

What is your returns policy?
Please refer to our Returns Policy to find out more about returns, however, we are so sure you won’t need to return your splashback we offer a 10-year guarantee.
Maintaining your splashback
How will heat, water or steam affect my glass products?
Our glass is professionally toughened. Compared to normal glass, Cameo Glass is toughened using controlled thermal treatments, meaning it is 5 times stronger than normal glass, so it won’t be affected by the heat from your hob or boiling water.
What method is best for me to keep my glass products clean?
What level of impact can my product withstand? Will it shatter?
With toughened glass, it’s the edges that are vulnerable; all of our glass is tested so we can ensure maximum strength, however, if you impact the edge it could be more vulnerable to explode. From our experience, once it’s on the wall, it’s never going to break – we’ve never had to replace one.
Are the edges of the glass sharp?
No, they’re all polished.
Are Cameo Glass splashbacks safety glass?
All our glass is toughened to BSEN1250 Standard.
